About our workforce development program
Workforce Development serves the purpose to promote financial stability and independence to assist men and women in the region, residing in recovery housing, with barriers in securing long term meaningful employment. Through this program, Primary Works aims to connect individuals in recovery housing seeking employment to current job opportunities and provide means to support long term stability. Support and opportunities are also provided for individuals with criminal records, identification, desired skills, or other barriers to gain meaningful employment within the community. Ultimately, increasing financial independence.

Therapeutic Employment Services
Regional employment partners looking for hard working individuals regardless of their past.
Peer & Career Support Services
One-on-one peer & career support to help identify career paths and job opportunities.
